The Power of Touch..How to destress yourself with DIY massage


Suffer from muscular discomfort, tension and aches? Suffer from muscle stiffness after sport activities? Want to relieve the tension in your body and improve blood circulation after a long day/week of work or after sport activities? Sadly, no one is around to help. Don't worry..You can try these DIY massage.

1. Pamper yourself in a luke warm bath/shower/foot bath. This will loosen up your muscles and will make them ready for a massage.  
You may add in few drops of ÉCLAIRÉ CELLNERGIC Youth Elixir Vitamin E Oil into your bath water/aromatherapy bath water/foot bath. Relax your mind and body while getting the skin health and beauty benefits of ÉCLAIRÉ CELLNERGIC Youth Elixir Vitamin E Oil.

2.  Towel dry your body. If you want to warm your body, you may wrap your body with a warm towel or heat pack for few seconds.

3.You may add in few drops of ÉCLAIRÉ CELLNERGIC Youth Elixir Vitamin E Oil into your favorite massage oil, aromatherapy body massage oil or reflexology foot massage oil. Place few drops of the oil in the palm of one hand and rub your palms together until you've heated up the oil. Massage your hands, feet and entire body with the mixed oil while getting the moisturizing, protective, healing and scar reducing effects of ÉCLAIRÉ CELLNERGIC Youth Elixir Vitamin E Oil.

4. Massage your hands, feet and entire body. Below are some techniques of self massage that you may try. (Note: Please consult your doctor first before trying any of these steps especially if you have any injuries or illness) 

For neck and shoulder massage, use your left hand to stroke your left shoulder and the left side of your neck, and vice versa. Using your fingers, gently and firmly massage in small circles, massaging clockwise and the anticlockwise, starting at the base of your skull and working down to the shoulders. You may place your hands into fists and gently massage your spine in a circular motion. Place your fingertips at your ears and gently move them down your jaw until your both hands meet up at your chin. Then, by hugging yourself, stretch out your shoulder blades.

For arm massage,  make long flowing strokes with the opposite hand all the way up your arm, from wrist to shoulder. Continue making these strokes until your arms heating up. Then make smaller circles massage to your forearms and upper arms. Continue the steps until your arms feel heated and relaxed.

For hand massage,  gently squeeze one hand by pressing it between the palm and fingers of your other hand. Squeeze each finger and run the thumb of your other hand along the joints of the fingers in a circular motion. Hold the finger at its base. Gently pull it up so that you're stretching the fingers upward. By using your thumb, stroke the tendons on the back of the hands. Put pressure on your palms and wrist by using and moving your  thumb in a circular motion. Stroke your palm gently from your fingers to your wrist. Place one drop of the ÉCLAIRÉ CELLNERGIC Youth Elixir Vitamin E Oil or the mixed oil in the palm of one hand and rub your palms together until you've heated up the oil.

 For abdomen massage, place palm of your hand on your abdomen. Gently stroke in a circular motion. Then, by using the fingers and thumbs of your both hands, knead your abdomen. Use your fingers, gently massage your lower abdomen in circular motions. You may apply pressure on different parts of your abdomen with your fingers and release after a few seconds.

For leg massage,glide your fingers over your legs, starting at your feet and working all the way up to our waist. Start with light motions and then press in with your palm, moving in firmer circular motions. You can squeeze your muscles with one of your hands, massaging them with your fists or pressing your muscles with your elbow. Make a gentle chop all the way up your leg by using the side of your hand.

 
For foot massage, Massage the soles of your feet either by massaging in circular motions with both of your thumbs, or putting your hand into a fist and running it up and down the soles of your feet and the bottoms of your toes. Start at your ankle and rub your thumbs outward across the top of your feet and down the toes. Use your fingertips to stroke your ankle up and down. Support your foot with one hand while working each toe with the other hand. Squeeze each toe and gently pull it upward. Place your thumb on each of the joints on your toes and move it in circles.  Complete the foot massage by gently stroking your foot.
